AI infrastructure finance · Global mandates
Ibis Capital arranges debt for the compute economy. GPU clusters, data center builds and on-site power generation. Structured, placed and closed by a team that can also source the hardware.
What we finance
Four lanes, one mandate. We match each layer of the build to the lenders who price it best: banks, private credit funds, equipment lenders and specialty infrastructure capital.
01 / Compute
Debt secured by GPU servers and the contracted revenue they generate.
02 / Facilities
Capital for the buildings, halls and campuses that house the compute.
03 / Power
Financing for the power that makes a site viable, on grid or behind the meter.
04 / Sourcing
Access to in-demand GPUs and power generation through our supplier network.
How we work
We run the financing like an investment banking process: one package, a curated lender list and competitive tension on terms.
Step 01
We review the asset, the contracts and the sponsor, then size what the deal can support.
Step 02
We design the capital stack: senior, mezzanine or equipment debt, tenor and amortization.
Step 03
We take a lender-ready package to the capital sources best suited to the risk.
Step 04
We negotiate terms, manage diligence and drive the file through to funding.
Lender readiness
Lenders underwrite contracts and power as much as hardware. These are the items that move a credit committee.
Sourcing
Supply is the bottleneck in AI infrastructure. Our relationships with GPU and power equipment suppliers mean clients can line up hardware and capital in the same process, on the same timeline.
Our commitment: where Ibis Capital earns a fee from an equipment supplier, we disclose it to the client in writing before any commitment. Financing recommendations are never conditional on buying through our network.
FAQ
GPU financing is debt secured by GPU servers and, in most structures, the contracted revenue they generate. Lenders size the loan off the hardware value, the strength of the compute offtake contract and the creditworthiness of the customer.
Typically a signed compute offtake or take-or-pay contract with a creditworthy customer, a hardware quote or purchase order, a colocation or data center agreement with confirmed power, sponsor financials and an equity contribution.
Ibis Capital focuses on mandates from $20M to $500M across GPU, data center and power financing.
